Mr. Ananda Kanchan brings 18 years of distinguished experience in human resources, with a proven track record of leading HR functions across sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager - HR at IndianOil Skytanking Pvt. Ltd., he oversees HR operations for 37 locations, including the prestigious Noida International Airport. His expertise encompasses strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, organisational development, employee engagement, and compliance management.
Throughout his career, Mr. Kanchan has held pivotal roles at reputed organisations, including INOX Wind, ReGen Powertech, and Suzlon Energy. At these institutions, he spearheaded initiatives such as developing comprehensive talent management programs, implementing robust employee recognition frameworks, and driving large-scale workforce transformations. His leadership has consistently led to enhanced employee satisfaction, improved productivity, and the creation of inclusive and positive workplace cultures.
As Honorary Director, Mr. Kanchan will play a pivotal role in Sankofa India, designing and implementing innovative internship programs that bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry expectations.
