Job Description:


The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the ETC's Bangalore office. You will provide a variety of administrative and clerical support to our team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.



Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar management and scheduling for assigned staff, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Manage office systems, including maintaining filing systems (both physical and digital), and ensuring smooth operation of office equipment.

  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Answer phones, screen calls, and provide courteous and professional customer service.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

  • Manage office supplies and equipment, ordering and maintaining stock levels.

  • Prepare and maintain reports and databases as assigned.

  • Perform other administrative duties as required.


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders.

  • Strong work ethic, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

  • Knowledge of economic development or related fields (a plus).
