Begining of a new Era
ETC - Economic Transformation Council is installed as a Section 8 Organisation incorporated under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs - Government of India, during the pandemic period of Covid 19, to address the economic distress and to promote industrial, professional and academic enhancements in the country.
Focussed on socio-economic infrastructure development of the country. Corporates, Non-corporates, and Institutional visionaries are integral parts of the Council activities.
Headquartered in Bangalore, the council is set to function under the leadership of separate Governing Council Members in each state.

ADHOC COMMITTEE / STATE GOVERNING COUNCIL
State-level operations and services of the Economic Transformation Council are mostly carried out by the State Governing Council of reputed professionals and industrialists in each state. The ADHOC committee is the most important and vital preliminary body of the council in each state. with very limited entry, each Adhoc member is selected based on their professional expertise and economic contribution within their area of work.
STATE DIRECTORIAL BODY
The state Directorial Body of ETC is a nominated body from the Governing Council, who functions as the negotiator between the State Governing Council, ETC Planning Committee, and National Governing Council. Resource mobilization and area of focus for the socio-economic infrastructure development through the Economic Transformation Council are based on the suggestions and guidelines from the State State Directorial Body of the Governing Council.
NATIONAL GOVERNING COUNCIL
The prime national body of the Economic Transformation Council is its National Governing Council. State Directorial Body of the Council nominates to the national body and based on the various assessments, the National Governing Council is assembled along with the national planning and execution committee of the Economic Transformation Council.
OTHER INTEGRAL ELEMENTS OF ETC
Other than the major committees and governing council, the other departments such as content development and management, communication center, administration, public relation, operation, finance etc play a major role in providing necessary support and assistance to the framework of the Economic Transformation Council working scenario.

PROJECT SANKOFA
International
Project Sankofa is a groundbreaking workforce transformation initiative by the Economic Transformation Council (ETC), designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
As a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under ETC, it provides structured internships, career mapping, and skill development for final-year students and postgraduates. Through global partnerships, digital integration, and mentorship programs, Sankofa ensures industry readiness, employability, and workforce sustainability.
The initiative aims to create a future-ready talent ecosystem, empowering students with real-world experience and professional growth opportunities.
Citizens of Developed India
National
The project 'Citizens of Developed India' is a community creation and development project designed at Economic Transformation Council. The primary focus of the project is to converge institutions and industries into systematic routines, visions and missioned guidance for individual development of the fellow members.
Here a community is being designed, who live upto the potentials and standards of a super developed country. International exposures and traditional values merge into the most modern fashion through multiple verticals of activities and guidelines.
Initially, CODI ll be implemented at the selected educational institutions and keeping the institutions as Centre of Excellence, the professional organisations and associations shall take their initiatives for the project forward.
Immunity Enhancement Programme in India
International
At the awake from the global pandemic, ETC is preparing to assemble healthcare and wellness centres to address the immunity and resistance issues globally keeping India as the central hub. Traditional Ayurvedic and modern naturopathic centres are invited to become a part of the project. International Investments and Regional Promoters in the service segment play a key role to the project to place India on top of global healthcare and wellness programmes.
Food Stamps
Regional
With an aim to eradicate poverty and to fight panhandle exploitations across the country, ETC has designed Food stamp programme as an alternative to financial donations to the people who struggle for food. Inspired and motivated by the implementations of the American Food Stamp Programme (Later renamed 'SNAP - Supplementary Nutrition Addition Programme'), ETC has decided to keep separate segregated finance management and food stamp generation on a regional basis throughout the country through Corporate and Food Vendors collaborations.

When was Economic Transformation Council Founded?Economic Transformation Council founded in October 14, 2020, Bangalore, Karnataka, India The Council was officially incorporated under Ministry of Corporate Affairs on the first 'World Standards Day' after Covid 19 outbreak. Sari Changaramkumarath Mr. Mohamed Amjad Padiyath is the current Managing Director of Economic Transformation Council. Mr. Padiyath is an Investment Banker by Profession and Aerospace Engineer by academics from the prestigious institutions Emirates Aviation College, Dubai – UAE and Coventry University, London – UK. DR. Sari Chnagaramkumarath is the current Director of Economic Transformation Council and the Chief of ETC Start Up Mission. She holds PhD in Arts and a World Record in painting. Ms Changaramkumarath functioned earlier as Jury Member and Branch Head in UAE for Universal Records Forum.

On such circumstances, under the discretion of the designated Governing Council of ETC, the council mobilises our resources to address the concern as per the rules and laws of the country.
