The Council has resolved further that Legal Advisors from the High Courts of every Indian States are to be appointed as the Official Representatives of ETC, who shall function as the first point of legal access to any entrepreneurs and investors for legal support and to function as the Honorary Spokesperson of the Council.
 

Lawyers who are specialised in Civil, Finance, Tax, Criminal, Corporate, IT / Cyber, International Law, Labour, Real Estate, Intellectual Property Rights and Patent, Media, Business and Industrial Competition, Mergers and Acquisition can apply to represent ETC as State Legal Officer.
 

The Legal Advisor is free to charge their fee and others expenses, from those who seek the Legal services. For any litigation works, on behalf of the Council, the Legal Representatives get paid based on the services.
 

Whereas the Legal Advisor shall also function as Honorary Spokesperson and Mentor to the student forum, by providing seminars, webinars and basic legal guidelines.
 

The State Legal Representatives are selected based on their specialisation, experience, and work history. They shall also be socially committed and shall work nonpartisan and non-discriminative.
